Mosman
As most Sydneysiders know, Mosman is a special place. The incredible water views are synonyms for all that’s great about living in Sydney. This building, which includes a parent retreat made almost entirely from recycled materials, was a truly interesting project from inception.
The main building is designed for the Sydney waterfront, elegant, with a bit of dignity and reserve. The design is based on making best use of the location, using a lot of window area and plenty of interior space to provide a great, comfortable living environment. Balcony space is created around the entire building. The multi level design has elegance and natural class with no compromise on quality or principles.
This project is a very good illustration of the possibilities of innovative design in one of Australia’s greatest locations.

12 Surfers Parade needed a complete renovation. This was a very old home, with classic 100 year old existing sandstone walls. The lower ground floor had deteriorated to the point of being uninhabitable. It was a treasure of a place, needing the respect and dedication of good restoration work to make it the home it was meant to be.
